PICCO OIL LEGAL INFORMATION
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Picco Oil website, B2B quotation requests, distribution inquiries and commercial communication.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, “Picco Oil” means the company operating this website and offering automotive lubricant products, B2B supply information, quotations and distribution opportunities. “Customer” means any business customer, importer, distributor, wholesaler, garage network, fleet company or other professional party contacting Picco Oil. “Products” means lubricating oils, motor oils, packaging formats, bulk products and related automotive lubricant products.
2. Scope and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all website use, requests, quotations, commercial communications, B2B supply discussions, distribution applications and agreements between Picco Oil and business customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. B2B Focus
Picco Oil is focused on business-to-business supply. The website is intended for professional buyers, distributors, importers, wholesalers and other commercial parties. Information on this website is not intended as a consumer retail offer.
4. Quotations and Orders
All quotations are non-binding unless explicitly confirmed in writing by Picco Oil. A request submitted through the website does not automatically create an agreement. An agreement is formed only after written confirmation by Picco Oil.
5. Product Information
Product descriptions, viscosity grades, packaging details, images, datasheets and technical information are provided for general commercial information. Customers remain responsible for verifying whether a product is suitable for their intended market, application, vehicle, engine or distribution channel.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are provided on request and may depend on product type, packaging, order volume, destination, logistics, taxes, duties, currency and market conditions. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT, import duties, customs charges, insurance, transport and other additional costs.
7. Minimum Order Volume
Picco Oil primarily supplies larger B2B volumes. Minimum orders may include a truckload, container, pallet volume or another agreed commercial volume. The exact minimum order depends on the product mix, destination and quotation.
8. Delivery and Export
Delivery terms, lead times and export conditions are agreed per quotation or order confirmation. International deliveries may depend on transport availability, customs procedures, export documents, local regulations and logistics partners.
9. Distributor Applications
Submitting a distributor application does not create a right to distribution, exclusivity or partnership. Picco Oil may evaluate applications based on business profile, market potential, order volume, financial reliability, experience and strategic fit.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Picco Oil is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of turnover, reputational damage, missed business opportunities or damage caused by incorrect product selection, storage, handling or use.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including texts, images, logos, product information, layouts and designs, is owned by Picco Oil or its licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying or commercially using website content without written permission is not allowed.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
